A Trip Down Memory Lane: The TECS Alumni Reunion
 
On the memorable day of June 29, 2024, a significant event unfolded at TECS that marked a special milestone - the first TECS alumni reunion. The day commenced with a vibrant parade from Tayabas church to the familiar grounds of TECS, evoking a sense of nostalgia and excitement among all the attendees. As I stood on the humble ground of my elementary school after more than 25 years, waves of memories and emotions flooded my mind.
 
This was where it all began - my journey filled with hopes, dreams, and the company of familiar faces that had once filled every corner of my eyes. What struck me the most was the blend of familiarity and change that enveloped the atmosphere. Despite the new buildings and classrooms that now stood proudly, the majestic Narra tree at the corner of the entrance gate remained a steadfast symbol of the school's history. The scent of freshly watered plants, the unchanging humble canteen, the familiar pathways leading to classrooms and school grounds - all of these elements painted a vivid picture of the past intertwined with the present.
 
Learning that our school had been founded over 90 years ago filled me with a deep sense of gratitude. The presence of alumni spanning from the 1940s to the present day coming together to commemorate our alma mater was truly heartwarming. Each of us carried unique stories and paths that had shaped our current lives, serving as a poignant reminder of HOW SWIFTLY TIME FLIES. 
 
The reunion program unfolded with a delightful showcase of events. Alumni from each decade made grand entrances, showcasing the rich history and evolution of TECS. The current TECS students mesmerized the audience with a graceful Carinosa dance, followed by the presentation of muses and talents from each batch. Greetings from sponsors and government officials added a touch of formality to the festivities, while the lively performances by bands kept the energy high.
 
As the program continued, the essence of camaraderie and unity filled the air. Our batch shared delicious food and drinks prepared for the occasion, indulging in the joy of togetherness. The familiar beats of Zumba echoed through the grounds, accompanied by never-ending laughter that resonated with the spirit of the reunion. Surprises in the form of prizes and gifts from sponsors added an extra layer of excitement to the evening.
 
The night culminated in a breathtaking fireworks display, casting a magical glow over the festivities. The energy and enthusiasm of the attendees showed no signs of waning as the party continued into the night. Amidst the music, laughter, and dancing, I bid farewell to my batchmates with a heart full of happiness and gratitude.
 
As I reflected on the day's events, one thing became clear - no matter how many years had passed, the youthful spirit within us remained vibrant and alive. This is Sam from Tayabas, Quezon, and I thank you with a resounding "Eeeyyy 🤙"

In my dream, I found myself standing in the vast expanse of an airport. The hustle and bustle of travelers around me created a cacophony of sounds, but my focus was solely on the other side of the terminal. Dream - Quezon 2024 - 03-04-2024

In my dream, it felt like we were in a different world, accompanied by our family. It felt like we were inside the terminal of an airplane. I saw my cousin, Seek, sleeping on a throw pillow, looking uncomfortable. We decided to move him to a different spot, but he was still fast asleep. I couldn't help but laugh at how he looked while sleeping.   Suddenly, an announcement was made that it was time for us to board the airplane. We hurriedly walked towards the boarding area, but the path we took was made of wooden planks with ankle-deep floodwater. Some people were walking on an elevated bridge on the other side.
